Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change plans under the Manage Subscription tab. Do note that your changes will only come into effect on your NEXT billing cycle.
Can I cancel food deliveries for specific days?
Yes, please fill our our cancellation form HERE. You will receive a refund based on our Refund Chart as credits into your account.
How often are the meals delivered?
Meals are delivered every day from Monday to Friday, for either 1 week (for 5 day Trial plans), 2 weeks (for 10 day plans) or 4 weeks (for 20 day plans).
2. Product Questions
Can I customize my meal plan with to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?
As of right now, we can only accommodate changes for those with Seafood allergies. For other allergies, please refer to our menu to see if the meals are suitable for you.
Can I choose to add/reduce addons to my meal?
Under the 'Manage Subscription' tab, you can make changes to your meal plan, including adding or removing addons.
Do your meal plans come with rice?
By default, our meal plans DO NOT come with rice. If you'd like to add rice, please choose how many pax you'd like for your plan in the checkout portal.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.
