How does Heritage GOLD work?

Simply choose a credit package that suits your needs, and prepay for the credits. These credits are added to your account and can be used to order meals from our service. The more credits you purchase, the more bonus credits you’ll receive!

How do I sign up for Heritage GOLD?

Sign up through our website after signing up for an account with us. After registration, select your preferred credit package and complete the payment process. Your credits will be added to your account within one week. 

Can I use Heritage GOLD credits on any meal plan?

Yes! Your credits can be used on all meal plans.

Do Heritage GOLD credits expire?

Your credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We’ll send you reminders before they expire, so you never miss out on using them.

Can I combine Heritage GOLD credits with other promotions?

In most cases, you can use your credits alongside other promotions unless otherwise specified in the terms of the promotion.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits, you can either top up by purchasing more or pay for meals using your preferred payment method.

Is there a refund policy for Heritage GOLD?

Heritage GOLD credits are non-refundable. However, we are happy to assist with any issues regarding your meal orders or credits—just reach out to our customer service team for help.

1. credit usage

Heritage GOLD credits can be purchased and redeemed to offset future meal subscription payments.


Credits may be applied to any active or upcoming subscription plans but cannot be used retroactively on past purchases.


Credits are non-transferable and can only be applied to the account under which they were purchased.

2. expiry

Purchased credits will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credits after this period will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

3. refunds & cancellations

Heritage GOLD credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other financial reimbursement.

In the event a subscription plan is canceled or paused, credits will remain on the account and can be applied once the subscription is resumed, as long as they are within the valid 12-month period.

4. standard subscription policies

All standard policies governing Empress Porridge subscription plans, including but not limited to terms of service, delivery, cancellation and postponement policies, apply when using credits.

5. modification of terms

Heritage Meal Plans reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the company’s website or email and will take effect immediately for new purchases and at the end of the current credit cycle for existing ones.
